It is with great pleasure that we look forward to welcoming you to our establishment, a former 18th-century coaching inn steeped in history. This inspiring venue notably hosted, in 1863, the composer Charles Gounod — famous for his Ave Maria — who came there to write his opera Mireille.
Ideally located in the heart of Saint-Rémy-de-Provence, opposite the imposing collegiate church, our iconic hotel immerses you in the authentic and refined atmosphere of Provence. Each room, carefully decorated, offers a unique ambience, combining modern comfort with a respect for the charm of yesteryear. To preserve the spirit of this historic building, the upstairs rooms are accessible exclusively via the stairs.

Our bar welcomes you every day of the week in a warm and sophisticated atmosphere. Why not treat yourself to our cocktail menu — featuring classics, reimagined classics and original creations — accompanied by a carefully curated selection of local wines.
Make yourself comfortable and choose your setting: on the village side, opposite the collegiate church, to soak up the lively atmosphere of Saint-Rémy; on the garden side, in a peaceful, leafy setting perfect for relaxation; or in our lounge bar, with its cosy atmosphere, enhanced by the delicate strains of the piano.
Opening times :
The bar is open all day for our resident guests.
For visitors from outside the area, it opens its doors every evening from 6 pm.
During the season, make the most of it until 10.30 pm to enjoy the balmy Provençal evenings in a friendly atmosphere.
